    In Need of some guidance

    Hi, I'm 26

I'm 5'8 196lbs, slightly overweight. I'm currently not in shape. At my age my joints hurt.

I have no idea about steriods and don't know where to start.
I don't know what cycles mean or what I need to take.

My goal is to get big, improve stamina, improve, cardio, then get shredded.
Also are there steriods for my ligaments and joints?

Can anyone help share me their program?

    Thanks

Advise you take condrointin/glucosamine/MSM for joints. Works great.
If you are not i shape, then you should spend a year getting diet and disciplined lifting routine in place. Plus cardio. The last piece of the puzzle is AAS. They won't do you any good until your diet is solid and clean. AND you are lifting on a regular basis. Maybe two years. You can put on tons of muscle and get your cardio-vascular system strong without the use of steroids. No short cuts partner.

    check out the supplement section.
look to add- whey, creatine, bcaa's, multi vitamin.
could try a pre workout drink like no-explode, it will give you that extra kick. heard wonders about no shotgun.

It sounds like you really want to change your life. Theres no real quick fix, after training and diet, steroids are just the icing on the cake. I don't know how much excercise you do but I'm guessing that you need to get more active, you don't have to take up a strenuoius gym routine straight away. You can start with some cardio like simply walking 1/2 hour a day and some light weights. It will help your joints.

This is just my opinion.. and im an asshole.. so here we go:

Anyone overweight can only benefit from weight loss.. If you take some time and get the extra pounds off thats only gonna make the joints smile <--- See

    No offense taken.

I use to be in very good shape and I know it takes a lot of dicipline and critism to improve. Past 2 years I've lost all my energy and my stomach feels bloated all the time.

Try eating every 2 1/2-3hrs smaller meals. I have been doing this for 2 years now and have lost 154lbs so far without cardio!! Whole grains and whole wheats, peanuts, and peanut butter, yogurt, cottage cheese. lean meats and vegtables. Fat free snacks. Good Luck
