Out of your 6-8 meals a day, how many of them have complex carbs in them and which ones (if any) don't?... I'm assuming ur only using simple carbs PWO.

For myself, I have one pro/ fat meal during the day and one before bed. The rest of my meals throughout the day all have CHO's in them and PWO is simple CHO (dextrose for myself).
all pro/carb but I add steak/salmon for fat in usually my last meal.
PWO is my only meal with simple sugars/carbs
I have a similar setup us Audi.
