Does anyone have any knowledge of test dosages (and type) for women?
I've read that test prop is the safest for women, but want to get some feedback/experience.
Stats (not me):
Age: 39
Height: 5'4
Weight: 119 lbs
BF: 12.5%
Has done primarily done aerobics for past 20 years and has been going to gym for past 15, for the past 2 years she has now come into the world of BB. Her body type is ectomorph (dancer body, ballet)
Has put on 7 lbs (lean muscle mass) in last 4 months.
Will be doing a comp in May.
