Right now I am battling both tendonitis and bursitis in my shoulder. I'm currently in physical therapy and my PT told me, along with the physical thearpy and RC strengthening, that taking 1 tbsp of flax oil in my protein shake at bedtime will help a great deal in decreasing the inflammation I currently have.
Is he right? If I start taking 1 tbsp of flax oil in my protein shake at bedtime, will my inflammation go down as a result of it?
