I maxed out on bench like 3 week's ago(335)I never maxed out in a while,anyway my shoulder(left) kills me when I try to do flat bench.If I try to go over 185 my shoulder thribes,wtf.I am suppose to leave to go to boot camp on April,6th.How long should I rest for and should I tell the Nat.guard?I don't know what to do
