    diet help

    about to start cycle 6'1 210 12% bf want to gain mass dont care about putting on fat just not to much

    breakfast 8:30- 4 whole eggs 2 packets of weight watcher oatmeal

    lunch 11:30- some kind of fast food get calories in early

    2:30- one can chunck light tuna mixed with mayo, mustard, and hotsauce

    5:30 -8 oz chicken breast

    8:00- another 8 oz chicken breast

    9:00- workout

    10:30- 12 oz steak and rice or beans

    11:00 bed


    i think i got protien on lock once i start cycle will add 3 protien shakes aday where would u put them in what other foods would u put in and where

    Im sorry but there is a ton wrong with this diet. You need to research diet for about 1 year before you even think about running a cycle.

    all i said is i got my protien on point what would you change

    Forget the juice, get your diet in order. Nothing about it is right. No one here is going to set one up for you either (aside from paying them) so do some research.
