lunch 11:30- some kind of fast food get calories in early
2:30- one can chunck light tuna mixed with mayo, mustard, and hotsauce
5:30 -8 oz chicken breast
8:00- another 8 oz chicken breast
9:00- workout
10:30- 12 oz steak and rice or beans
11:00 bed
i think i got protien on lock once i start cycle will add 3 protien shakes aday where would u put them in what other foods would u put in and where
