any kind of acne medication is good for white heads. i use pro-active, i have been recomending it for a couple months on this forum, since it worked wonders for me. the commercials like really are true. it works awsome. also nutrogena or however u spell it makes a clensing facial mask that works real great to. i also use that.
as far as popping them. it could leave scar... but if its nothing deep i wouldnt worry to much about it.

acne meds will make it get worse before it gets better. any dermatologist will tell you that. it must get rid of whats there before it can keep it away. you will break out more at first which sucks but that last maybe a day or two
