Newbie with injectime time questinos

I just started winny and I'm shooting up before i go to work at 8am and i dont usually go the gym until 7-8pm. Is that fine? People tell me winny is active for 8-10 hrs. Should I inject later on during the day? when is the best time to inject?

You should be fine with that

really if your using winny, it should be 2 times per day to inject. Its half life is rather short and you want to keep consistent blood levels.
