    Once again shoulder

    Well being a hockey player I have now been through two shoulder surgeories and everythign was good for awhile. Now well looks like Im getting paid in my other shoulder now. Right in the AC joint and rotator cuff areas. Not fun as i have delt with this on and off since i was 17. Just right when you have been doing well it comes and gets ya.


    Back to rehab excersizes until a doc visit is neccessary.

    i f-ing hate shoulders. and it being like 10 degrees out the past 3 weeks. shoulders have been doing some serious clicking and popping and aching.
