The idea of bridging is essentially a good one, using small amounts on anabolics to hold onto gains until it’s time to cycle again. Of course there is one major flaw in this plan, it is detrimental to the recovery of natural test production.
I think most of us are over the old 10mg of dbol each day bridge idea for this very reason. But what if it wasn’t bad for recovery? What if we could bridge with out any harmful effect on our natural test production?
That’s where proviron comes in. Recently it has become increasingly popular to include proviron into PCT for purposes of libido and its anti-estrogenic properties.Also I feel I hold more gains when I include proviron into my PCT so lets consider it for a bridge.
It lowers estrogen, increases libido, is not harmful to recovery (in fact may even help it) and could help us hold onto more of our hard earned gains.
