That is the SMARTEST thing you said since you joined.
Head over to the diet section and look for BULKING diets.
Basically you need to eat CLEAN..no junk food, you need to eat every TWO hours and include lots of whole proteins, good carbs and a little good fats too.
You need to get at leat 6-8 meals a day in, couple that with HEAVY lifting, and you will grow like a week
I started eating every 2 hours 3 weeks ago,and am up 15 pounds and strength is through the roof. and I am a 42 year old fart!!!

Defintely eat every 2 hours and lift like a champ. Don't do any cardio except for whatever sprint workouts your team has to do. Keep it clean and you'll see some great results.
