    4 months training

    4 months with no supplements whatsoever. I have high blood pressure so I dont really know whats safe to take. Opinions welcomed

    If you wanna lose weight then you dont need any supplements other than maybe some vitamins. All you need is a good diet and a teadmill. I think you look fine.

    I'm 6ft 2 ,30 years old. Yeah alot of mu friend say I don't look 209 but I am.

    do you have high BP due to being overweight? im gathering you want to lose the weight for the BP right?

    if this is the case, im deadly confused. you are in very good shape

    mega men vitamins are great.. they have all you need . imo

    Im actually at a good weight my doc says. I'm very active and Ive always been. The highest I've been is about 225.

    Any multi would be fine, dont worry too much about supps they will not make or break you, diet and training will.
