great. $48.99 for 10lbs even shipping it to Singapore for an extra $50 is still way cheaper than GNC here http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/in...it8lf2tn8cbjj2

Currently using Nutrisport Protein+Complex Carbs to try and put on some lean mass. If I am using a protein pure, I'll use Nutrisport 90+. They are good to take at any time of the day or before bed.

That said, I may switch up my supplements soon to try and increase my gains further. And revise my diet.

Dymatize until death. I love me some butter creme toffee! Dymatize is local to us, Chest, as they're located in Carrollton if you did not know. Dpsnutrition.net is my source and they offer Dymatize's Elite Whey for $23.95 (5lbs). Pretty cheap from what I've seen around town and on the Internet.

The warm months are approaching us here in Texas. You need to come out to the lake with my wife and I this Summer!

I shop for meat once/wk sometimes EOW, it's pretty funny to see ppls faces and the questions they ask, "how many people are in your family?", "is this all for YOU?". Why yes, I eat about 4lbs of meat/day.

Not sure how people think something that you can buy for 20$/5lbs could even compare to real meats. Sure supplements work but drop the supplements for 6months and you'll see the difference by far. Guess it depends on how much a lb of muscle is really worth to you.

I eat about 3lbs of chicken a day and 2 dozen eggs, also cans of low-sodium tuna occasionally. I drink the shakes pre and post workout, with breakfast, and in the middle of the night.
