must i inject it pwo? at the gym?
its kinda impossible to me to do that,,,i cant take the slin penn to the gym
and i takes 20min for me to gett home

heard that it realy doesnt matter when to injeckt it,,,cause LR3 have long half life

im gonna freak out soon

relax buddy, everything will be ok

yes immediately PWO is ideal. bring a loaded pin and alcohol swab in a sunglass holder or traveling case of some sort in your gym bag and stick yourself in the bathroom.

but if you cant do this, next best thing would be to just inject as soon as you get home, possibly keep the loaded syringe waiting for you in the fridge. 20 mins is not the end of the world

Poke yourself in the gym bathroom. Preject in the sunglass case and you are good to go!
I do it sometimes like that. You will get really handy at it after a few shots. It's a breeze.

Protocol is 4-5 weeks on 4-5 weeks off. I would stick to 4 weeks as many including me find receptor down grade is noticable around the 30 day mark.
My last run with Igf was AM/PM. This time around I am using it only PWO and prefer this method.
There is a myriad of pertinent info on Igf here. I would suggest you read in depth to arm yourself.

I used this same method on exams all the time, when I was younger(with notes)...

astrix79-On a side not:I got good results with my igf run(80mcg) at 15-20minutes pwo injections. I would rather increase the dosage to 80mcg pwo and cut it down to 4 weeks. (I got results for about 32 days b/f it all halted...)

and dosage @ 80mcg/ed
but ill still gonna split the dose 40mcg morning 40mcg pwo

its my first IGF cyckle,,,
i have 6mg of IGF sow i will run it again
