New to da boards but ive been postin awhile so if u havent seen me around WAZZZZZ UPPPPPPP!!!! Havent done any AS yet but i wanna start a cycle soon.(holla) Im learing a lot from every1 and this is the best board i have ever been on every1 here is friendly and helpful and nobody flames a lot here. anywayz heres da pics.ill post some more soon.

been liftin on and off 4 years(was in da military hard to lift on deployments in da middle of da desert or in da mountains of norway)im out now and just really got back into it full time AUG 01 never gonna take a break again i have a new love for Bodybuilding that i didnt have before.

yesterday i weighed myself at da gym it said 217 so i figure about 3lbs for clothes and shoes maybe there scale is off

i can still play ball no doubt about that, theres nowhere to play tackle thats what i meant, live in a small town da local college is to small for a football team

one on right arm nc, chest got done in okinawa touched up in arizona, arm band got done in hungary touched up in arizona, have a panther one on my calf got it down in cali.
