    Sust and Tren

    Im in my 7th week and i havent noticed much of a difference except my strenghth has skyrocketed, but as far as muscle size and being bigger ive gained i say about 9lbs and then it stopped i started the tren my 4th week in going 50mg every other day and sust at 500 mg per week! I just need some advice or some other say so's in this matter if you could please! and if your gonna give back negative shit like telling me its bunk gear then dont waste your time its actually over dosed but thanks!

    If you want to grow like a beast, you have to eat like a beast!! AAs will not work unless you supply the proper food.

    I am on a Test E/Tren A cycle now just finishing up 3rd week and I am up almost 20 lbs already.

    I eat every 2 hours religiously !!!!!!

    bro so do i i wake at 8 eat 8 whole eggs 2 pc of wheat toast and a glass of OJ
    2hrs later 1200 calorie protien shake
    2hrs later 1 ck breast, and 1 can of tuna
    2hrs later latly its been 8oz salmon steamed spinach leaves and a muscle milk
    w/o
    pwo is another 1200 calorie shake
    and i just keep eating and eating till about 10 or 11 at night

    hmmmm maybe your gear is underdosed then

    That is a low dose imo even though I have not run it tren before. My next cycle, which will be in a few weeks or so will be of sust/tren. I am going to start the tren at 50mg/ed. 50eod is not a lot of gear at all, thats only 175mg a week. That is most likely why you have gained 10 pounds. since your already about to finish up your cycle(im assuming..since your at week 7) you might as well just run it out as planned then for your next cycle run the tren at 50ed or maybe even 75ed. GL!

    HAHA I gained 20lbs in 10 weeks and got some crazy stretch marks. Actually its not that funny....

    yeah thats what i was thinkin but what about the sus at 500mg per week shouldnt that be bulking the shit outta me im eating about 4500-5500 calories a day usually when i eat over 5 ill start throwing up at night

    yo bro after lookin at your diet, try decreasing the 1200 cal protein shakes (pwo shake OK) and bumping up the good carbs.. ie oats, yams, rice, etc..way to many cals come from shakes in your diet.. i'm telling you, real food will make a dramatic difference. it's tough, but if you plan well then you can do it..also, do you eat red meat?? lean sirloin is a staple in my diet..and a key to my sucess..

    i do maybe once or twice a week but not everyday, i actually usually drink those shakes for my pwo and right before i go to bed!

    sman diet info

    Sman can you give a sample of what an average day as to what you are eating and supplements intake. I am getting ready for a prop and tren cycle in a few weeks and would like the same results as you.

    increase tren to 75mg eod . i ran the same cycle 2or 3 times before with tren at 75 mg eod and got great results. even with piss poor diet.
