Hey guys I'm 32 5 foot 11 197lbs been working out for a few years but took the past 6 months off due to injury. problem is got a big gut from sitting around from injury. my body fat is at 18% it's almost all in my gut. I'm getting ready to start my second cycle at the end of the summer. Question is...should my diet NOW untill I start my cycle (I'm thinking aug,sept) be a cutting diet to lose the gut or just keep bulking then deal with the gut after my bulker cycle. Also if I do start a bulking diet and eat right with some cardio should I see some body fat lose in the gut. Thanks for your help!!!!!!
