    Water, and as soon as you drink a glass when you get out and you know you will from being dehydrated you'll get all that lost water back hahaha. Its a vicious cycle.

    does the steam room expell toxins in your body

    my friends steam before drug tests to get *Edited* outa there system does this work or is it a myth?

    Its never been shown to get rid of toxins, about the only thing you lose is salts and water.

    mmmmm, its debatable i guess, if you want to clear toxins from your system drink things and eat things with anti-oxidants in them like green tea blue berry's and walnuts, or get a deep tissue massage. Just watch for deep t-massages because they release alot of toxins and can make you sick.
