Thread: lean bulk

    lean bulk

    I want to try for my 5th cycle, kickstart with prop, then test enth, eq and var. I pretty much just want strength and lean mass, maybe drop some body fat by doing more cardio, i dont know. Will my calories be maintance or bulking add 500? I dont want to bloat and I really dont want fat. Alot people say eq is weak, but I want to try it who knows maybe its good for me.

    kinda walking the line on the diet section and for most of it would get a better response there.. anyhow.. lets take a gander at wat u got going on here..

    ur making he common mistake.. u want to get big and strong and drop fat at same time..
    thats like trying to walk in two directions at same time.. dont do it.. u wont go anywhere.
    u want to gain str/lbm ur going to have to do 2 thing first train for str thus lifting should focus on training ur CNS to do the lift more effectively 2ndly u need LBM so u gotta eat calorie excess.

    EQ is very VERY weak.. dont expect anything from it but a few veins and some loss in water weight if that.. imo its awaste unless ur anemic.

    yeah so i guess it will be a bulk. I wanted to try eq since i have done tren, deca before. So basically the only muscle building will be the test?? Anavar is just for strength gains no weight gain. how do i train my cns?

    WSB and HIT are great str gaining protocols to fallow.

    if u have run both nor groups then u will be SEVERLY DISSAPOINTED w/ EQ lol.
    btw all 3 aas build muscle.. its just how effective they are at it. imo test isnt even that good.

    your true str gains will come from DHT's and Nor groups

    why tren again if i just did tren on my last 2 cycles? Shouldnt i give it a break with tren?

    so dht and nor groups are like dbol, anadrol, deca what else?? So im guessing eq is way much weaker than deca and tren.

    well tren/win/deca/drol are ur nor's dhts dbol really isnt either as far as i have read.

    EQ isnt even on the same chart as deca .. var imo is > than eq and var is for women.

    var is for women meaning its a mild aas and should do something better?

    But that is good for strength and you dont get bloat like dbol and anadrol, also gains are keepable not just water retention. what cycle do you think i should do then?

    if something works do it. I wont do a cycle w/o tren. Im doing 600mg/week this run and the gains are amazing

    i did tren last 2 cycles, dont i need a break from that or just raise the dose?

    I like your thinking, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.. tren/test works 4 me everytime.. love it
