As you said, diet is most important along with a low bf. But there are some compounds that help with the hard look. Masteron, tren, var, etc. Look for strong androgens and Dht-derivitives. Masteron is my favorite though.
Set and reps are entirely dependant on the individual and how you've been training. It accounts for little in terms of muscle hardness.

I'm actually pretty damn lean very lil extra weight on me. after my first cycle during pct I lost a lot of the weight and was getting disapointed but then I realized I was just loosing water,bloat and fat I'm only about 8-10 lbs bigger on an empty stomach then before the cycle but I look way bigger and better then I used to
I'd like to get rid of just a tiny bit extra round my abs to get better def in em I'd also like another 10-15lbs of lean mass to be exactly where I want to be

You want your cake and eat it to...It doesn't work that way...Your either cutting or bulking..Pick one and stay with it until you hit your goals..Cutting is easy..Bulking and putting on quality mass is the harder of the two.Originally Posted by lil-SLIM
