Hey guys, im 21, from the UK, 6'1, 195lbs, ive previously done two courses of sust+deca (1ml of each every six days), for various reasons at some point after each course ive stopped training, but when i get back in the gym, i go back up to the same size as i was.

Its been a while since my last course and this is going to be last one, what would you recomend to have the longest lasting gains? i was going to go on dianabol as injecting is not very convienient, but ive read that the gains of d-bol dont last long at all.

Ive also got about 8/9 lbs of fat to lose, was thinking of using winny at the end of my course for a few weeks?

Ps: im prone to gyno, in the past ive used tamoxifen for my pct, do u think that is sufficient?

Pps: i have a problem with my right elbow, whenver i do shoulder press and the bar goes below mouth level, it clicks wen i press it back up and is sore the next day. The doctors havent been much help (just said to take it easy in the gym), has anyone else had this problem??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
