Not a bad start, how are his legs? most teens seem to focus on the upper body and not the lower. Judges look for symetry

try to keep him Natural as long as possible

Not a bad start at all, for now and the next half dozen years to come he needs to focus and bulking up naturally if he wants to become a bodybuilder. He eats healthy and goes to the gym but is he doing it all correctly and in a way to reach his goal?

Looks around 8-9% bodyfat. Help him with a lean bulk, and he'll be golden.

Ok seeing as I am 5 6' and I weigh 150, I will tell you this right now. He has no legs. His upper body is well built which is where most of his weight looks to be. At 5'6 125lbs I was all legs my upper body looked nothing like his. Even now at 150 my upper body while bigger than his does not look as good as his upper body does. So just from being the same height and weight as he once was im going to say make him work the legs! Upper body though he is doing well.

I would think hes more then 126lb, when i was 16, i was 5'5' 170lb 8%bf so as an estamate he looks like 140lB, have him work on his traps,it will make him appear larger

The kid has potential Lex, broad shoulders to work with.

I don't need to tell you that it's all about the food!

He might want to wait a year or two to see if he grows taller before hitting the heavy weights. I got stuck at 5' 10" from the day I started lifting which was when I was 13. I've got a size 13 foot and large bone structure, I was supposed to get well over 6 ft.

Jacob stewart that lives down the road from me.

But I know what your saying...Lee priest gets overlooked somtimes cuz he's a midget though. lol

Isn't branch warren 5'6? I think he is.

It's easier to have the Denser/more filled look when your shorter than taller, thus better for bbing is all I'm saying. But I know what you mean , to short isn't very good either.

defiently, its easier to look bigger when smaller, but easy to get overlooked when small.

this kid is natty and 17 years old...and hes probably
in better shape than 80% of the guys on here were when they hopped on the sauce..this site is about building muscle...obviously the kind of genes im talking about have nothing to do with height and weight. im heavier and a little taller than lee priest, does that mean i have better genes?
anyway, if your bro keeps hittin it hard and eating everything in sight he'll get big, i gaurentee.
    peace,
    tank

I started lifting heavy when I was 13 also and I was 5'6". Now im 6'2" You can't blame lifting heavy to stunting your growth 100%.

    I started lifting at 15 5'5'

and now im 24 at 5'5' !!! shit, i stunt my growth for sure, well atleast i have muscle to make up for the height cause if i had to choose, it would be muscle over height

  33. #33
how do you know you stunted your growth for sure?

How do you know you weren't done growing anyway?
