    Anyone see Silent Hill?

    I just watched Silent Hill. If you have HBO on demand it just came in. I thought it was amazing. Especially the ending. The whole time i'm like oh man, what's going to try and kill her next. The whole movie was non stop ass kicking from start to finish. So many crazy characters. But that ending, holy crap. Anyone else see it?

    yea i saw it in the theater last year...pretty good......and pretty scary too.....one of the girls i went with ended up shrinking way back huddles up in her seat

    My girl said her friends left the theatre cause they freaked out. It's even better with surround sound.

    Throughout the movie I was like ahh this movie sucks

    But as it went on I was gettin into it.

    The ending confused the hell outta me too. I went on "Silent Hill" forums to search for the answer

    I think the part where the big guy rips off the girl's clothes, then her skin was unnecessary and just wrong. I enjoy violence and gore - but only to a point. Other than that the movies was great, but there was way too much CGI (computer-generated images)

    If you thought the skin ripping part was to far, how about the ending!? I couldn't believe it. I'm talking about the part where the head religious fanatic lady is held in the air by barbed wire for several seconds.... Then you see a bunch of hooks/barbed wire come up from underneath her and go you no where, then rip her to shreds! I still can't get that out of my head... Messed up. They even show people stepping on chunks of flesh laying all over the church, and it makes a squishing sound.

    ive seen it..pretty good .. but nothing like movies from Wesley Snipes..hahah... I hated the old woman in Silent Hill...such a bitch

    You should play the video games of it, their all pretty freaky, especially the first one, with these little kids with knifes that come after you when your in the school. Or the second game when you goto the prison... oh mannn.

    Ending explained

    The little girl, the mom, and the cop go into another dimension. It happens when the mom passes out at the wheel entering silent hill, it also happens to the cop when she crashes her bike. When you watch the movie knowing this it's kinda cool. You can see her husband in the same rooms but they never see each other. Also, notice how silent hill looks different (sunny) to those who are not trapped in the dimension. It looks darker for those who are trapped in 'pergatory'.

    Seen a bit of it, but all I know is that the main street that is shown in the film was filmed in a city about 20 minutes from me.

    me and my friend played the second and third ones with headphones on at night with no lights on, then all the sudden the lights on his truck go on....off...........on...........off.......on..... ........off...........on.........

    We ended up going out there to check his wires and it didnt happen after that but we turned the game off lol.

    Yeh that movie was quite creepy, those things that walked funny and made those like baby noises, ugh... After my ex and I saw it I'd turn the lights out and mimic those things... She'd flip out...
