    To much OATS?

I am currently in my bulking phase...The selection of carbs I have sometimes is limited...What is the maximum # of times a day you reccommend eating oats..
some days I seem to be getting them in 3 meals..

    Thanks

Eat em up if they're fitting into your daily carb needs. Oats and whole grain rice are my only carb source besides pwo dextrose.

I would worry less as the amount of times you eat it per day versus how does the total consumption relate to your daily needed macros.

Eat all the oats you need to hit your carb intake. Can't really ever have too many oats. Probably the healthiest complex carb outthere.

Just be careful consuming too much fiber. One day I ate like 5 cups of oats. I had gut wrenching pains and the shits. I'd limit to 3 cups a day for myself at least.

your nose? What were you grinding them up and snorting them?

I use oats as my primary carb source, I love them and they are packed with health benefits that other complex carbs lack IMO.
