    lucky dog

i was driving away from a mates, a windy small 1 lane road.

police say its 30km zone, altho theres no signs, i was doing 60-70km.
bendy corners, i was talking to the passanger, ****ing arround with chewing gum, going through corners. the street lamps wernt lightend. i wasnt paying proper attention. a dog was on the road. i went left to the open feild to avoid the dog. my front right tyre clipped a street pole. the pole was knocked down.

my friend whos place i just left was drinking, so was the girl earlier.
my jacket wasnt dry cleaned from last weekend, smelling of vodka to death, even my mom commented on it before i left. i wasnt drinking, but still thinking i had it on my breath, i couldnt change the tyre i didnt know what to do.

i came back at 11am after it happening arround 12:30am
police were there, they took me.

original charges were looking at hefty fine and not being able to drive in switzerland again.

but then 10 mins later they were on phone, and said its going to be small jail time, or community service.

i have ****ed up so bad, and im going to pay for it.

everyones been waiting for me to do somthing, well here it is finally. im offically ****ed

    myles

So you were speeding, not paying attention, and nearly hit a dog resulting in you smashing your car into a telephone pole ?

Then you left the scene of an accident.

You claim you weren't drinking, yet you smelled of alcohol and "thought" you had it on your breath.

You never should have left the scene. And being that you left, why the fvck did you even bother going back ? Now it's going to be worse for you.

i was not drinking, my friend came and got me, he smelt rausberry vodka on me like no other he said, but my friend was drinking normal vodka with apple juice. so i was too paranoid. it is a very grey area, i couldnt see damage at night and the plan was to change tyre first light, but when i saw the cops i said **** it, but my idiot mate opend his big ass mouth cause they were towing the car, like i give a ****.

i got a straight 0 on breath test this morning, and they said regaurdless it has no factor because its too late. to record anything anyway. and im not in trouble for leaving, it was late in the middle of no where.

yeh its pretty much the same thing, and i didnt damage the actual car. i hit dirt mound, and like a month ago, i clicked the body kit all back together, and there was no damage.

thats not really it, i didnt slow down. and it wasnt because of the gps. it was because of the wrong marked barriers. i added on top of that the gps said the road was straight on, careless. i have become. brag 15,000 miles the past year no acident in 3 years of driving, now its catching up to me.

serouiosly...NEVER try to dodge an animal in the road...bad things only come from it...even if it's a deer (which is going to jack your car up)...

Minkster, sometimes you do some real STUPID shit..... you are driving on a expired license , and then you wrecked your car, i think you might be focked but maybe you will get off with a good swift ...'Train

i think australia gives me 21-28 days to renew it before i cant drive on it, so its a grey area.

Thats so true most people die trying to avoid the animal and end up driving off the road ..
