Hi guys, this is my first cycle, but I've posted here before... and been lurking on this site for years...
Anyways, I'm doing Sustanon, 250ml, every 3rd day... And I just finnished my dbol ( was taking it for a kick start ).
I'm 5'8" and weighed a 170 pounds before I started, I'm now at 176.
I've seen very decent increases in strength... but I expected to put on ten pounds by now at least.
Am I doing something wrong? I work out everyday, take off only one day a week.. and I train hard as hell.
I'm also gettin about 8 hours a night of sleep, and eating what seems like non stop all day long.
So am I making good progress? Or is there something lacking?
