Since I've started my diet and exercise, I've noticed a rash or goose bumps on my arms and/or legs, it comes and goes and itches on occasion and I was curious if anyone else is having the same reaction. Could it be too much protein?
I have at the most 40-55grams of protein per meal and usually 3-4 times a day, so at most my protein intake is 220 grams per day..
I know I may be allergic but I was curious if others have had a reaction similar to mine..Thanks for feedback!
