    currently weigh 160 looking to hit 200 some time next year before i start a course, let me know what u think. ectomorph

    To gain 40lbs of muscle you will need 2-4 more years of training. You look fit in your pics but you are years and years away from even considering a cycle.

    Your goals are not very realistic unfortuntley. You shouldn't even start a cycle. You have no base.. Fill out more then juice. Get your diet and training right. No steroid will do anything for you if you don't diet correctly. And everyone is different, some people need 6 meals to grow, hardgainers may need 9. Good luck

    40lbs may take 4 years or so to do naturally...get to work

    cheers fellas yer defo aint touching the roids till im atleast 200 so if it takes 4 years and 10 meals then thats what ill do, ive always trained throughout my teens but only just recently started 300 grams protein 450 grams carbs and 100 grams fats a day diet. ill see what happens and send some more pics in a few months, if there any big ectomorphs out there that wanna drop some advice feel free. nice one

    first of all how tall are you and how old? second try not to eat so many meals but try and eat larger meals, if you eat 10 meals a day thats going to increase your metabolism so def stay away from 10 meals like i said less meals but larger ones, i was in the same boat you are in couldnt put on weight for anything and then i started eating larger meals and good meals too not crappy foods, about 2 years ago i was 130 and now im at 170 check out my pics let me know what you think http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=293317

    I think it is funny how you put the hat over your face to hide your identity, but you didn't block out your name tattoed on your back...

    As far as being an ectomorph, there is really no easy way to get big other than eating. Diet is the most important, but if you are really eating 300g protein 450 carbs and 100 fat, you should be gaining weight like crazy. Personally, if I miss one meal, or don't get upwards of 225g protein/day it sets me back about 2 days. Keep up the diet, it really is the only way to grow.

    im same way, unless im eating like crazy, im gonna lose weight. sucks having that type of metabolism but it does have some benefits, just have to be consistent and patient

    One thing is for sure. NOT ready for aas.
    Just get your diet in check. If you want your body to get bigger, have to eat enough food for your body to get it's sources from.
    That come out right?

    yeah makes sense to me. make yourself some short term goals. and once u achieve them make em a little harder. ie heavier weight, x amount of pounds a month. it really helps to have something to chase.
