Three years ago, at 155 pounds/5'11", I began lifting serious for 14 months. During this time, with the help of an 8 week cycle of test. Enanth. and several cycles of creatine, I managed to put on about 30 pounds of lean body weight. I have since ceased working our regularily until recently. During that time, I lost most of my gains (about 20 pounds). Since I rededicated myself to lifting two months ago, it seems that my muscles are reverting back to their former size more quickly than the first time I began lifting and the weight in coming back more quickly as well. I have especially noticed that my arms are blowing-up.
Do past gains make it easier to gain again after a period of inactivity?
Thanks in advance for any comments.
