Is there a difference between high fructose corn syrup and reg. corn syrup? Is corn syrup ok as a first ingredient? I guess I am confused on this issue....I know HFCS are for shit, but not the latter.....thanks boys.

They are different, though. Corn syrup is just 100% glucose, HFCS is not.
