i just feel like i have no energy all day, except my workout, i always feel up for that...but the rest of the day i always feel tired...its not the workout or diet, ive posted both a few times and had them critqued and fixed...ANYONE THINK IT COULD BE THE DECA OR TEST E MAYBE???
p.s.: I WAS THINKING MAYBE ITS NOT ENOUGH CARBS...WHATS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET A LOT OF GOOD CARBS? WOULD IT BE POTATOES? OR RICE CAKES? OR RICE? OR SOMETHING ELSE???
