Kept it simple and just cut out all the bad things form the original plan.
2 cups oatmeal
3 egg whites
2 scoops ( VPX grahm cracker zero carb protein)
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 tea spoon cinn
2 packets of splenda
Pre-heat oven 375 for 10min and your good to go.
The cookies lack chewyness but great for when your on a diet.
