For 3 weeks on superdrol I ate extremely clean, perfect in fact. 1,800-2,200 cals 250pro 100 carb 50-70fat with pro/fat/carb seperation. Got decent sleep am cardio 4-5 days a week(eca) with pwo cardio on my 5 day split. I STILL MANAGED TO GAIN 5 POUNDS from 202-207 when the obvious intent was to cut. Should I just starve myself and MAYBE lose weight or on a serious note...should I de-load take a week off or 2 eat just regular food and come back at it strong.
