    Just Completed My Cycle (pics)

    Started at 154lbs 10% bf now at 180lbs
    First cycle ever, been lifting only for 1.5 years (please dont flame)
    Im 5'7 23 yrs old
    About to start cutting using clen
    No sides besides minor acne on back

    CYCLE
    Testosterone Cypionate 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks
    Deca-Durabolin 250mg once a week for 10 weeks.

    HCG 250-500IU’s twice a week during cycle starting 5th week
    HCG 500IU's every 3 days, start 3 days before last test shot, for 20 days

    PCT (start after HCG)
    Day 1: Clomid 300mg, Nolva 40mg
    Day 2-11 Clomid 100mg, Nolva 40mg
    Day 12-15 Clomid 50mg, Nolva 40mg
    Day 16-21 Clomid 50mg, Nolva 20mg
    Day 22-29 Nolva 20mg

    Well you probably shouldnt have done a cycle in the first place but its done now and you made some improvements so thats a good thing.

    Be careful with clen, start with a low dose and don't get crazy with it.

    my friend is on it and bumped his dose way up to 10 pumps a day after the first week. he says its weak and he can handle it

    Keep in mind, not everyone reacts the same to clen. I personally have no sides with it, but others get horrible sides, start with 20mcg and work your way up. I would not exceed 120mcg/day.

    Brown Rice, Whole Grain Pasta, Whole Wheat Grain Toast, Eggs, Vegetables, Tuna, Fish, Chicken, Salad, Cottage Cheese, Almonds

    In N Out? for those of you who don't live in the west it's a fast food hamburger chain...so what do you eat when your diet is NOT strict?

    in n out protein style 2-3 patties, with no cheese and no sauce (patties are wrapped in lettuce)
    some fats are good so i had in n out couple times a week

    3 patties? Thats a fat meal not a protein meal. Thats 51 Grams of fat in one meal (450 calories of the 720 calories total or 62% fat) . Thats almost 3/4 the total fat you need in a day for your weight.
