i have limmited time during the day to take hgh one @ 5:30am but not till 9:00 @ nite what if i did 5:30 am & 9:30am wich is better in your guys opinions

The 5:30am one is prolly better imo, it's on an empty stomache and you can train with the gh in the system and eat whatever you like after a workout safely.

yes, you can do all 4 in the morning

yes, do all 4 in the morning. the worst time to do it is before bed(9pm). hopefully the sides from doing 4iu at once wont be bad. It didnt bother me the few times I have done it.
