Yo bros, i have a bottle of Nolva i had since last year...my question is very simple...is there a best by date on these things??? =p just wanna keep it as safe as possible... ^^

LOLIt isn't a can of beer man, they don't have "best by dates" on them. gave me a good laugh this morning......anyway
There should be an expiration date on the bottle someplace. Most of the time it's on the label
Most medications retain thier potency well after the expiration date.
