Hello Everyone.
I have recently (started 6 months ago) lifting again. I did it previously for about 5 years and then I got kinda burnt out on it but I am back and my strength and size are coming along nicely but slowly. I have been a long time lurker/reader here but I figured I should probably register since if I have a question down the road it won't be my first post lol. Also, I wanted to say thanks for a great and informative board which doesn't shy away from the real deal.
