Please critique my cycle! Tren/Prop/Var

I've been researching for a while, reading everything I can on here and also talking with my local source. I this will be my first cycle and I want your opinions on it.

Stats: 5'10 245, about 19%BF

Goals: Exchange the fat for LBM, moderate strength increase, mild recomp (if possible).

Proposed cycle: (10 Weeks)

Weeks 1-4 Anavar 40mg ed

Weeks 1-10 100mg test prop eod
monday / wednesday / friday

Weeks 1-10 75mg Tren eod
monday / wednesday / friday

post cycle therapy: (3 days after last shot of Prop)
Weeks 1-4 Clomid 25 ed

This will be my first cycle, but I'm pretty sure I can handle it.

I'll probably keep my cals between 3500-4000, clean as possible.

From what I've read, most take more var than that, but I cant find anyone that has done prop and tren with it so I assume that the dosage is fine.

Any comments?

bad idea, get down to below 15% bf before anything.how old are you?
for a first cycle stick to test e 500mg/week, 2 inj/ week.
Dont touch tren your no way ready.

The Var is too low and short. I would not run tren for a first cycle. I would just run the prop if you want to pin that much and PCT is crap.

Yea man, nothing looks good here to be honest..u really need to evaluate goals vs side effects etc...and like Marty said PCT is atrocious, youll get educated the more time u spend here tho...

I'm 29...the 19% bf is an overestimate (im in the mortgage business..its in my nature....lol) I'm not sure exactly what it is right now.

What exactly about tren is to bad for first cycle? I read the profile posted here and the only negative that I saw was the endurance part.

I thought my PCT should also have Nolva in it, but my source says that its fine.

Na man, read it again, and then again all over...plenty of bad sides with tren...and just a tip, i would never listen to a source..unless theyre a friend, even then i would do my own research..listening to a source would be like listening to a car salesman...

My source is a local guy, not really friend - however he says that he's done this cycle many a time..who knows.

Any suggestions for a test e and var cycle?

Should PCT probably look like this?this is what I got from research)

W1 - 150mg ed
W2 - 100mg ed
W3 - nolva ed at 60
W4 - nolva ed at 40
W5 - nolva ed at 20

Not sure about the rest of the cycle though.

test e 250mg every three days for 12 weeks start PCT 2 weeks after last inj, wouldnt run var but if you decide to i would suggest last 6 weeks.
dont listen to your source he might be trying to get rid of some gear. try the test e you will be happy i think

EOD is EOD. Not Mon/Wed/Fri. I've never understood that logic. No good for blood plasma concentrations.

Most also stop the Tren E/A a few weeks proir to the cycle ending. This way, its reported, recovery is slightly easier.

did not read all replies you got so far, but quite sure people suggested you not to use tren in a first cycle...

var shoul be run at a higher dose.. and for a longer.. much longer period!

for a first cycle (and if you want to cut), id suggest prop and var only, for 8 wks!
1-8 prop 70-80mg ed (or the 150mg eod, but eod means: mon-wed-fri-sun-tue-thu-sat... etc etc)
1-8 var 60mg ed
diet and cardio!!!

but before startin you cycle, id try to loos some more fat naturally with a good diet, cardio and maybe some ECA stack or similar...
then, when you will be a bit leaner, you can think about a cycle.

your pct is "poor" and this is a sign that you didnt make too many search!

do YOU a favour, search, read, search and read for another month..
during this month, loose some fat
and then, come back with a better idea of a cycle for a first timer..

I've dropped the Tren, and exchanged the prop for test e per my research and a few recommendations. I'm going to keep the var in there. I "though" I knew what my PCT should have been from research, but my source told me otherwise. I should have stuck with my gut.

Here's the new and improved cycle:

W1-10 Enan @ 500mg/wk <--- could I front load this? would it be better to split up the injections?
W6-12 Var @ 60mg ed

And here's the new and improved PCT (starting immediately after the VAR)

W1 - Clomid 150mg ed
W2 - Clomid 100mg ed
W3 - nolva 60mg ed
W4 - nolva 40mg ed
W5 - nolva 20mg ed

I know..its a masterpiece j/k

Any other suggestions before I order?

5/6-12 var 60mg ed
1-12 nolva 10mg ed to keep bloat away from test e

split test en into 2 shots: 250mg mon morning, 250mg thu evening
split var into 2 doses, morning/evening

no need to frontload.. heard different opinion about that...
you could kickstart with prop for the first 4 wks, but id go "easy" for this first time...

pct starts 14 days after last test e inj (and day after last var): be sure they match.. i mean continue with var for 14 days after last test shot and then, followin day, start pct.

13-16 nolva 20mg ed
13-16 clomid 100mg ed (or 300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-14, 50mg days 15-28)

eat clean and keep protein high high high!

i think youve got it down now.you def need to concentrate on diet as you could put on some unwanted fat,as the test will aromatise to estrogen which will lead to water and fat gain.it doesnt effect everyone the same,but still.

i love frontloading but for your first cycle the injections may be a little much the first week,so id just stick to 2x per week all way through.good luck.

The 2nd was my own design based on my research from here and other places.

Yeah, I've seen other make the mistake of starting before having pct in place.

What was your experience on var? Any bad sides other than the norm?

i would avoid the tren, not such a hot idea, and im not sure exactly, but i dont think you should stay on tren for 10 weeks, its more around 4-6 i believe
and as far as PCT goes, there should be tables as too the correct dosages and tapering if you do a search

That was the suggested cycle from my source...here's the actual cycle....sorry about that.
