Hey Fellas, got a quick question for you. I'm sitting here writing up my diet and adding all my macros so yall can go over it for me but I've noticed that everything has small amounts of everything. For instance, meal one is egg whites and oatmeal which is a pro/carb meal but there is still a small amount of fat in there. Do I include this in the macros? It's something like 3 g or something like that but does it still count? If this is the case, I guess there is no real "true" pro/carb or pro/fat meal becase there will always be that one little carb or that 1 g of fat right? Also, flax oil I noticed also has cals, do I include these? Because i noticed that 15 g is 225 cals, I guess this is right just didnt expect it? Anyway, thanks in advance guys. Appreciate the help.
