    The "No Power" Diet

So being the procrastinator that i am i put off paying my Hydro bill till they cut me off. Now I have no power which means no refridgerator and no stove. Seeing as how Im moving in three weeks i've decided not to reconnect and just tuff it out. Annnd the thing is Im starting a cycle next week so it will be difficult to eat properly but i think I can do it, I have been doing allright for the last week.
Havn't worked out exact portions yet
    So here it goes:

Meal 1-50gm whey, flax seed oil (capsiles)

    back to sleep

meal 2- granola with yogurt, 10 egg whites uncooked

meal 3-pre workout- 8 ricecakes, 1 can tuna

    meal 4- PWO- 50gm whey, 100gm Dex

meal 5- Salmon sashimi with brown rice (take out sushi)

meal 6- 10ounce steak and veg (cooked at work)

meal 7- 500ml cottage cheese, Almonds

meal 8- Before bed- 25gm whey, 5 egg whites, flax oil

This will change once i've moved into my new place but I think it will do for now. Any suggestions would be appriciated and feel free to Flame Away

Question, what is with going back to sleep after meal one? What time are you getting up? Just curious, haven't seen that...

Are you going to the store before every meal? How are you getting by with the yogurt, eggs, and cottage cheese with out a fridge?

I work nights so i dont get to bed till about 3-4am. Then I sleep average 10 hours so i get up mid way and eat to prevent catabolism.
