    Another New Guy

    Hey everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself since I'm new to the site.

Heres a few things about myself:
20 years old (21 in Oct.)
    5' 9"
    165
BF % - not sure, but I'm a pretty lean built guy though.
I've been lifting close to three years very consistently and I've managed to gain about 18-22 lbs of lean mass since then.
I'm a hard gainer and I think I've hit my genetic limit because I come from a small built family.
My diet has been excellent since I got to college and I plan to keep it that way.
I played football, basketball and ran track at a small school competitively so I'm an athletic guy. I still play for fun with my friends and what not.
I've been doing research on the site and reading the rules for some time now and I hope to get off on the right foot with all of you.
I personally think I'm ready to do my first cycle and I'm considering doing it this summer so I don't have to worry about college interfering with my diet and training. I'll probably post up a cycle for all of you to critique in the appropriate forum in a few weeks so be looking out for it.
Thanks and feel free to ask me any questions.

You're probably right because I am at the peak of my life right now but it seems that the past four months I haven't made much progress in terms of gaining weight. I've stuck to the same diet that got me here and tried mixing up my routines and techniques and such but I'm at some sort of plateau and I can't seem to bust through. I haven't totally set my mind on doing a cycle yet, but if I decide to I'll make sure I'm ready.

welcome, I'm in a similiar boat but I'm 30. I posted my first proposed cycle and it was well received! now I just need to research more and make sure I take all the neccasary percautions!
