    Green Veggies....?

    What exactly does adding a cup of green veggies do for my diet/physique? I read the back of the green bean can that i eat everyday and saw nothing important in it. Not high in anything really that i can see... I've been eating greens in my diet for a couple years now, but am thinking about upping my intake on them. What exactly do they do for me?

    I know this is probably a n00b question among many pro bbersin here, and i have my flame suit on, but i was just curious because in lots of sample diets, i see you guys using lots of greens. THANKS!!

    Antioxidants, and various other vitimins. Im not a fan of the Canned stuff... Usually that stuff is loaded with sodium.

    I like to stick to fresh veggies.

    sticking with fresh cut greens from now on! So much damn sodium in that canned crap i just realized (after i just bought 30 cans of it)

    Don't toss 'em, just make sure your taking in a lot of water and the added sodium shouldn't be much of a problem.
