What exactly does adding a cup of green veggies do for my diet/physique? I read the back of the green bean can that i eat everyday and saw nothing important in it. Not high in anything really that i can see... I've been eating greens in my diet for a couple years now, but am thinking about upping my intake on them. What exactly do they do for me?
I know this is probably a n00b question among many pro bbersin here, and i have my flame suit on, but i was just curious because in lots of sample diets, i see you guys using lots of greens. THANKS!!
