    New Guy Interested

    I am currently 21 5'7 and about 160 pounds. i have been working out for about 2 1/2 yrs. no i have seen results but lately haven't seen anymore. I was thinking about taking Dianabol and if you don't think that is right for me then what do you think would work. thnx

    there are some good quality weight gainers these days, do yourself a favor and go that route while chnaging up your training and i am sure you will start gaining again,too early for steroids mate

    Dial in your training and diet before even thinking about using gear - you are young and with your size you could definately add some more muscle naturally still, which suggests to me you need to eat more and train harder - EAT BIG + LIFT BIG + REST BIG = GET BIG

    as far as my diet goes. i really don't stick to one i just eat as much as i can get my hands on.

    Well then im sure the juice will do all that for you? Remember, LOTS OF GOOD CARBS, LOTS OF PROTEIN, and try to limit fat intake. I am 19, and have gained about 20 lbs in 2 years off the "unofficial bulking thread" diet. I also do cheat usually once a day, but my workouts shed those calories off in no time. I was a similar weight to you when I started lifting. If you cant put on weight, concentrate on harder workouts. No reason to juice until you god given natty test levels come down from the upper tip of the atmosphere.
