im pretty familiar with clen and set with my dosages, but im going to do both . what type of dosage would you recommend for the t3? and 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off correct? (for the t3)

When i ran both i ran the T3 in between my clen cycles so i did 2 weeks clen 2 weeks T3 and it worked pretty well.

that is what i have done, but everyone here has told me to just take benedryl on my third week while on clen , so i planned on doing both together, but looking for advise on the t3 dosage

Clen stops the t4 from converting to t3 in the liver, so t3 is a good idea to run it while on clen.
