    Glycogen?

    Is it possible my glycogen stores are so ***eleted that I'm a weak mess? How do I know....I mean for the past few weeks, my carbs have never gone over 200g...........I feel pumped and decent most of the day, but really weak.......just inquiring......

    I dont understand...how are u supposed to gain mass and ever compete if youre on 200g of carbs?????

    NO! It's not my diet, I've had bad gastro . problems where eating has been a fing struggle...........its not easy forcing down 5-6 meals and it's been whatever good nutrients I can get my hands on that digests properly.....went to the doc after week 3, put me on antibiotics and I'm getting much better.....I developed a diet based off off 50,30,20...3500 cals.....Here it is:

    there is no way you can bulk on 200g ........by the way how can you accurately measure a sip of gatorade?

    you might want to get your health in check before doin anything else man.....

    I dont have a camera that is suitable for online except my phone which doesnt do me justice. I was just looking in the mirror this morning and I'll tell you what, I'm skinny and frail, but I look pretty damn good if I would just add about 20-30lbs on my frame....good line, good deep cuts.....I'll post when I'm add the mass, but then Faiz, you'll slam me even harder out of pur jealousy.....cause to be honest, I'm not too impressed with your look....lol

    Two month into my attempted bulk. Started at 150, actually 10 weeks later I am right around 170-171 in the am first thing after cardio. Trying to pack on some lean mass, but still doing very very light cardio and wondering if it's hampering....think I'm what 10%? That was my point.....HRT dose of 125mg cyp and 125mg eq 2 week 10th week.

    if thats you in your avatar. you might want to try fruit juices, real not from concentrate. apple, grapefruit, and pineapple are the ones i ve found that are not from concentrate. YES their packed with carbs which are sugar! but once again if thats you in your avay, you ll be fine. i ve been doing it lately and i liking them.i ve been able to boost my carbs 100-130g per day.
    pineapple per 8oz 35 carbs
    apple per 8oz 28 carbs
    grapefruit per 8oz 22 carbs

    I'm 1 step ahead....been using no sugar, 100% organic dried apples in my oats 1st meal.........

    but your not getting enough? sugar isnt that bad, it will fill your glycogen.

    Not sure i understand this correctly but man, who wouldnt look better with 20-30lb of muscle!??? i mean those are just words ya know, hell anyone could say "if i had 20-30 more lbs of muscle i would be pro" etc etc etc...thats not always the case...

    It's over....admin wants us all to kiss and make up....no more flames from me......everyone is right, I look friggn damn good....good line, good cuts IF and a big IF....I put on 30-40lbs..........so I'll just keep my mouth shut (no pun intended) and work on my biggest lift of em all...........the fork.

    30lbs here I come.....2009? I'm going to a huge bb contest next week....that should really get me going.........I dont know why I even started, it's not my stlyle to make fun of others....I'm fornutate enouigh to be blessed with a solid foundation and awesome genes (thanks pop) many bros will never have the look because the can't....I can't let this go to waste.......I want deeper cuts, and big time mass..........

    Another good idea would be to Not use the shotgun method when trying to find a routine..(ie pm-ing numberous mods/vets) u have to find what works for you and STAY WITH IT. u cant keep posting outrageous threads everyday and pm-ing people and expect to get any results that are favorable. and arguing with members that are genuinely trying to help...u have a lot of work to do and im not talking about the work in the gym or at the table--its personality work.
