Prednisone prescription/ and will it affect my cycle

Greetings all:

Well know, this was interesting. Was riding my motorcycle yesterday, and hit a big fuzzy damn bee with my face. Aparantly, the last thing going through his mind was "STING HIM". So my eye has swolen shut, and I was taken against my will to the ER by my mom. (You would think at 33 I would have a say in some things). Anyway, Of course they jacked me up with IV Benadryl, and gave me a script for Prednisone (20mg per day for 5 days). THis is where the question comes in.

I am currently stacking Var/Tren/and Sust 350 on a cutting stack. By the way, things are looking great at the moment. My doses are not high, I didn't want to get compleetly jacked up, 60mg var ED, 50mg Tren EOD, and 200mg Sust per week.

Will the Prednisone affect my progress and or stack, I am not apposed to not filling the script and just letting my body deal with the swelling. I would almost imagine that what I am already taking would help with this as well.

Or should I get the script and not worry about it? I have researched Prednisone and found what they use it fore, but I cant find how it works. So if anyone in here has any advise, imput, or knowledge from being in the field, Please chime in and let a bro know.

Your thread was long so I was going to skip it but you are a brother biker! I had to help if I could. I had to take predinose once when I had very very bad poison ivy and it helped with the swelling. Predinsone is a steroid but an anit-flammatory steroid. I bet they don't have you on it for more then a few days and at that short time frame you shouldn't feel any ill effects but long term it would start to hurt you including water retention, high blood pressure and muscle weakness. I remember it being a very small white pill with a very bitter taste, even when taking it with a full glass of water I could still taste the bitterness. Also, my side effect I experienced they didn't warn me about was the sun. It made me super sensitive to the sun and I got a very bad sunburn from being in the sun for about 1.5 hours. Again, for a couple of days use you'll be fine, just avoid the sun, LOL.

Don't you wear glasses when you ride?

Dude, what luck. I was wearing glasses and a helmet. There is about a 1/4 inch gap between the bucket and glasses and the fn thing got me right there. Right over the eyebrow. I thaught I was shot. I didn't realize that he stung me until a bit later. then the swelling started. As for the prednisone, they have me on 20mg for 5 days. Still considering just saying the hell with it and letting my body take care of it rather than risking it.

I would take it. for 5 days at a low dose sitn gonig to effect you. i had to take 80mg's for 6 months and i still cycled and had gains

Thanks for the advise. As for the eating like a horse, man the stack I am on has me wanting to do that already...
