    Keeping or losing gains

I was actually inspired to ask this qustion from reading another thread, but did not want to ask a question on somebody else's post.

I seem to gain and keep muscle easily these days. I mean, I had to work hard for several years to get to be over 200 lbs. But, when I first got ths new job I have, I also moved, etc. So, I got very mixed up, very busy, and was just tired and did not eat or train the way I should have, but when I went back to the gym for the first time in a month, I was not only as strong as before, but a couple reps stronger.

Well, now that I have been eating and training right consistantly for awhile again, and back to the old meathods, I seem to see alot of good results.

In fact, for this past year, I did not even train like a bodybuilder, I trained as a powerlifter, and only did bench, deadlift, and squat. So I have only been back to doing isolation excercises, and working lats, biceps, etc, for about 3 months...

Well, looking at my rear lat spread,(above) after only training lats for 3 months, and being all natural until recently, would it be safe for me to assume that my body will react very well to my cycle? Such as seeing good results, and keeping them, as I do when I am natural?

Ya, training and diet consistency + good cycle knowledge you can definitely expect to keep most of your gains. Read for quite a bit first and you should learn this on your own.
