I'm currently trying to put on some lean muscle (one week into cycle). I'm also about 16 weeks out from a competition so I can't afford to put on any bodyfat. I'm keeping my cals about 500 over maintance and am wondering how much of my carbs should come from low verses high glycemic sources? Again, this is for trying to add a few pounds. I'm running a pretty advanced cycle that should keep fat at a minimum (test/tren/winny).

I am having trouble getting in all the cals I need; feels like I"m force feeding myself every couple of hours. Would I be better off sticking with mainly high glycemic carbs for the next few weeks? Thanks.

Not that it really matters for purposes of this thread, but I"m on a 50/40/10 carb/pro/fat diet currently.
