    Carbs While Cutting!!!

    Is intaking 245g of good carbs (oats, brown rice, green veg) a day ok for a cutting diet? or is that way to much?

    ^^Exactly. It is 100% based on your stats man. We dont know anything about you. You could be 300lbs and 5%bf or 150lbs and 20%bf.
    I mean even without stats, atleast giving us your daily kcal count would help us. How can we possibly know how many carbs a faceless guy on the internet should take in without knowing a single piece of info about him? Impossible.

    20yrs old, 5 10", 206lbs, 14% bf
    Daily intake( Cal-2930, Pro-308, Carb-245, Fat-84)
    trying to get down to 10-9%bf

    And should i eat no carbs on my off days?

    I suppose thats a good starting point. However I'm about 10 lbs lighter than you and will also prolly cut with 260-280 for a few weeks while i clean the diet up and get 100% consistant, ridding of cheats. However i'm trying to cut really really slowly.

    I'll bump for some bigger guys with more experiance

    You should always consume carbs even when carb ***leting for a comp one would consume some carbs at least. Would have to see your diet to comment further.
    Carbs are not evil they are essential.

    Beast please let me know if this can be better, much respect!

    meal 1 - 4 egg whites, 1 cup brown rice, apple, 1 scoop whey,

    meal 2 - lean protein (40g), 1 scoop whey, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C

    meal 3 - lean protein (40g), 2 cup green beans, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C

    pwo - (shake) 2 scoop whey, 1 cup oats, 1 apple

    ppwo - lean protein (40g), 1 cup oats, 2 cup broccoli

    meal 6 (pre bed) 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp flax oil

    Totals: Cal-2930, Pro-308, Carb-245, Fat-84

    Here is my macros for each meal!!!

    meal 1 - cal (491) pro (42g) carbs (72g) fat (3.5g)
    meal 2 - cal (324) pro (47g) carbs (3g) fat (13g)
    meal 3 - cal (392) pro (51g) carbs (19) fat (13g)
    pwo - cal (601) pro (56g) carbs (79g) fat (9g)
    ppwo - cal (569) pro (57g) carbs (61) fat (11g)
    meal 6 - cal (544) pro (47g) carbs (12g) fat (27g)

    carbs are essential for living, including cutting in moderation...
