^^Exactly. It is 100% based on your stats man. We dont know anything about you. You could be 300lbs and 5%bf or 150lbs and 20%bf.
I mean even without stats, atleast giving us your daily kcal count would help us. How can we possibly know how many carbs a faceless guy on the internet should take in without knowing a single piece of info about him? Impossible.

I suppose thats a good starting point. However I'm about 10 lbs lighter than you and will also prolly cut with 260-280 for a few weeks while i clean the diet up and get 100% consistant, ridding of cheats. However i'm trying to cut really really slowly.

meal 2 - lean protein (40g), 1 scoop whey, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C
meal 3 - lean protein (40g), 2 cup green beans, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C
pwo - (shake) 2 scoop whey, 1 cup oats, 1 apple
ppwo - lean protein (40g), 1 cup oats, 2 cup broccoli
meal 6 (pre bed) 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp flax oil
