    Arrow My Cycle.....Have a look.

    Here is my cycle as follows:

    wks 1-16 test prop @ 100mg/ED
    wks 1-8 fina 75mg/ED
    wks 1-21 nolv 20mg EOD

    Followed by Anthony Roberts PCT consisting of hcg, nolv, ari, and vit e. etc.

    This will be my 5th Cycle....first time I've ran prop., in past have ran sust, var, fina, test e, winny, eq, deca, etc.

    24yrs old
    6'1
    218lbs
    bf% 15
    Goal: gain more lean muscle with fat loss

    any suggestions?

    was thinking about tossing in some turnabol at the last 5/6 weeks but wasn't sure....thx

    looks good to me, throw in the tbol too. some people will tell you to take it in the first 4 wks , i like the idea of tbol in the last few wks even better

    and what about tossing in that t-bol toward the last several weeks or would that be a little over kill...or just right?????

    why not run a long ester test and just kick start with prop?

    i wouldnt run the prop that long its pointless bro IMO.

    Id go like 8-10 weeks. 10 weeks max. I think your gains will plateau after 8ish. Its fast acting man.

    Im running somthing similar

    week 1-8 Prop@80mg/ED
    week 1-8 NPP@80mg/ED
    week 1-6 Tbol@60mg/ED

    After week 1 - 1.5 I started noticing gains from the npp and prop. Plus 16 weeks is a LOOOOOOOOOOT of needles hahaha. Im on week 4 and im dreading it lol. its fun the first 2 weeks then it gets old lol.

    IMO I would through the Tbol in for sure. I have done a few 16wk cycles but using long esters so EOD and E3D shots they were great but I never gained in the last four week. My next cycle will be all short esters so ED shots and I am only going 12wks because I feel that for my body I will not gain any more after 12wks.

    like jman said. running prop that long is kinda pointless. your gains will almost max out around the ten week mark. im not a fan of running cycles longer then 10-12 weeks. you dont gain much if anything. and recovering was a huge issue. took a couple of monthes to get back to normal.

    Good point bro just reminded me of something else.

    Reaper- Shorter the cycle the easier the recovery.

    Thanks fellas, great input. This is my 1st time running prop as the base of my cycle. You think my gains would be just as good using prop for only 10-12 weeks vs running my same cycle sub'ed with a long ester test?????

    just curious.

    obviously my diet, training, etc will be in check as always.

    long esterd test needs to be run for 10-12 weeks even 14 because it takes a while to kick in. prop is fast acting and youll also plateau faster. id say run it no more then 10.

    Hell im doin 8 weeks for a speedy recovery lol.

    test is a very pathetic aas imo.. and is only good to keep ur winkie working...
    i suggest
    wks 1-10 TestP 50mgED
    wks 1-8 or 1-10 trenA 75-100mg ED

    u shud use letro or dostinex instead of nolva w/ tren.

    i did a prop only cycle (my fourth after using test e, sust, deca and winny in the past) and it worked well for me. ran it at about 80mg ed, went from about 208 lbs. to about 230, been off for 4 1/2 months now and i've settled down to about 225. liked prop over enanthate, less sides for me. just be sure to have those anti-e's ready if you're prone. getting ready to get back on prop soon, and throwing in some eq this time.

    asimov.. good lord.. only 80mg each day and you gained 22 pounds? im on test p (1-7) 100mg ed. Test e (1-12) 500mg wk. and winny (7-14) 60mg ed. i hope i dont gain more than 20 pounds.. i dont want it to be that noticable..

    but yeah i heard the anothy pct is great i read alot of people saying the swear by it.. im going to use it too at the end of my cycle. 1-16 sounds painful to me lol.. at first i didnt think the soreness was really bad after i did my first injection but then like a day and half later of test prop (everytime i inject) the muscle is sore.. maybe its just because my muscles are "virgin" -- and i do plan on doing the anthony pct i read alot of people swear by it and it works.. so im going with that one too..good luck with your cycle.

    Man thats alot of shots, i personally wouldnt want to run that, i would go with some longer esters,

    As well, u should read up on HCG, you shouldnt use it post cycle.

    I don't know how the hell I gained that kind of weight myself. Maybe my seller sold me enanthate instead and all I am is bloat, lol.

    But seriously, like I said and didn't work hard, not like i should have. I did start doing some construction work at the time had had random days tossing 94lb. bags of cement all day, but I'm still kinda puzzled by the gains. I did take HGH along with, but only 1 i.u. per day, and just for 10 weeks, not nearly enough or long enough to get anabolic gains as I understand them. That was just for the feel good effect. Maybe prop is just a really good substance for me. I picked up half my cycle yesterday and am anxious to start because I've got a much better training regimen down this time around. As far as diet went the last time I was pounding whey protein and amino acid tabs like a mother all day, every day.

    As for PCT, just clomid and clen. Standard stuff.

    On a side note, when I started out going 160mg eod my injection sites killed, esp. the quads. But had no prob with 80mg ed. No prob except for the syringe supply that is, that a remembering which site I was supposed to hit every day. Went with 4 day rotation of both glutes and both quads.

    did you cut the 80mg with b12 or sterile oil to reduce the pain/irritation?

    Nope. The 80mg (.8 ml) didn't give me any soreness in any of my sites. It was QV 100mg/ml.
